We had a great 5 night stay in Cairns. Linda curated is the perfect days of adventure, luxury, and down time. We truly appreciated her support and guidance from our first call a few months ago to daily updates while on the trip. Linda did all the heavy lifting and we could just simply enjoy a beautiful family holiday.

Japan is fascinating. The country is beautiful, orderly and clean. Tokyo is a big and fun bustling city. Kanazawa's gardens are breathtaking. Kyoto's shrines are stunning. Duncan and his team prepared an itinerary filled with beautiful sights, great hotels and wonderful experiences.

Duncan assisted us with hotel selections and hotel recommendations which elevated our travels. He also helped with transfers. We had an unexpected delay and he promptly followed up to smooth out the issue. A pleasure to work with this professional individual who elevated our vacation.

I reached out to Linda for help booking my stay for my partner and I while we visited Boston. She found the best hotel within my budget that fit my criteria for nearby surroundings, and was able to access certain deals to help save me money. She was very responsive and clear. The room itself wasn't up to the quality expected of the hotel brand, and once I expressed that to her she immediately contacted the hotel to let them know, and guided me on what to do next. I felt like I had someone in my corner and that my needs were supported the entire time. I would definitely recommend booking with her!

Grace rocks! She is endlessly cheerful, thoughtful and patient and is always timely with her responses. She found great options for our excursions, accommodations and flights even though we didn’t book the flights through her. Grace helped arrange a trip to Zurich, Davos, and Lucerne Italy and to Lake Como, Italy. Her level of support and investigations were outstanding. All the way from hotels, boat excursions and to things to do at our destinations. I cannot more highly recommend her!!

Duncan arranged some of the best hotels in each of our three destinations a was on hand to help make sure everything was perfect. All our requests were actioned and when we had a problem with one hotel, he was on the phone in minutes getting it resolved and making sure the hotel made things right. Grace did a wonderful job curating my trip to Costa Rica--she found the perfect resort and arranged local transportation and excursions. While there we wanted to schedule additional excursions which she arranged too. I highly recommend using Grace--she is very knowledgeable and provides excellent service.

Grace Shay is an awesome travel agent and person. I first contacted her approximately five months before a planned trip to Europe with seven people. She assisted in travel arrangements, including putting together airline flights, train travel, and ground service. She recommended places and scheduled a local tour for us that we would never have found without her. Everything she recommended was top quality. Her patience was amazing. She kept in touch throughout our trip and when one of the group was having anxiety over her separate travel plans, Grace stepped in and smoothed everything over for her. ( the travel plans were already set correctly by Grace). Grace met and exceeded any reasonable expectation one could have for a travel agent and I highly recommend her for anyone planning a vacation. She is knowledgeable over most areas in the world, with personal experience in traveling to different continents and has amazing recommendations. We will absolutely use her again in future!

The hotel was small and quaint, the team were very friendly and the endless inclusions were a a real plus. Who doesn’t love a free bar. The rooms are on the small side for the price point, but we knew that booking so it wasn’t a surprise. I think the design didn’t maximise the use of space. The location of the hotel is amazing, I love St Germain. As always all items we needed were in the room, water, ironing board etc.

Duncan oversaw the creation of a wonderful blend of experiences centered around history, culture and food. Local guides were outstanding. Accommodations were excellent. First rate service from the jump. Just a high quality two weeks.

Duncan planned the most amazing trip across Europe for me which included visits to Rome, Florence, London, Paris, and hiking across Northern Spain on the Camino de Santiago. The planning that had to go into such a trip was extensive and Duncan ensured that I was staying in amazing locations the entire time. He was critical in ensuring I had the necessary transportation across Europe, even in some of the more unique and difficult locations. He was also more than happy to find alternate arrangements when necessary and was available for support throughout my trip whenever I had questions or needed support. Put simply, this lifechanging trip would not have happened without his help and I am incredibly grateful for his support in making it happen. I can't recommend Duncan highly enough.

Flights round trip Athens, Greece. Early on Duncan stayed on top of our reservations and recommended changes based on connection times. When our return was delayed almost 3 hours out of Athens Duncan quickly rebooked on a later connecting flight while we were still in the air.

Duncan was fantastic from booking the trip to taking care of us whilst we were away. He really listen to our needs and tailored our trip specifically to us. He was a phone call away when we ran into an issue, and very quickly resolved the situation by ringing his contacts, even though it was outside working hours in the UK. Our trip to Austria was absolutely fabulous—seamless from start to finish. Monika in Salzburg was outstanding, providing warm, attentive support throughout. Hotel Sacher was lovely, and the Sacher Grill exceeded expectations. We discovered hidden gems like Restaurant Brunnauer and Goldene-Kugel, and highlights included Untersberg Bahn and Lake Fuschl. In Vienna, the Rosewood impressed (incredible shower!), and our guide Hana was exceptional. The New Year’s Eve Gala felt like a fairy tale, and attending the Vienna Philharmonic concert on New Year’s Day was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We had a really fantastic time in London, thank you. It was so nice to bring our families together and it meant a lot to our parents to see us at this time. I know we spent some time with you getting the hotel arrangement correct and this was definitely worth it. Having the suite area worked very well, as well as the connecting room for the girls. Our parents room was also upgraded to a small suite so that was a nice touch. The accommodation definitely exceeded expectations, especially in terms of how well it worked for us as a larger group. London itself was extremely busy, especially in the touristy areas - the staff at the hotel said they had never seen it so busy. We really benefited from having pre booked some restaurants with you and we enjoyed all of the suggestions you gave us. Our favorite was probably the dim sum restaurant on NYE which was excellent with wonderful service. Overall we were very grateful that we used your services, it definitely enhanced our travel experience.

All of us had a terrific time. Overall excellent service across the board. The guides and drivers were excellent in both cities. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. The itinerary was spot on. Most amazing trip!! I really appreciated the English speaking guides that transported us from train stations to airports, and even their additional assistance at all hotel check-in’s. It made the trip seemless without any concerns about miscommunication or missing our transfers. Truly priceless!

Our hotels were great, our tour guide Lilly in Hanoi and Chao in Saigon were both wonderful. The cooking class in Hanoi was so much fun and the Vespa tour in Saigon was a highlight!
